General
★ I will draw: ponies, humans, humanoids, anthros, maybe ferals, ship art, canon characters, light gore
★ I will NOT draw: NSFW, fetish art, heavy gore, hate speech, mecha
★ A reference image is required
★ I can refuse any commission for any reason
★ Please be patient with me; commissions may take a while depending on the type, complexity, and if things happen in my life
★ Any requested changes after I complete lineart may result in a fee
★ You may post your commission anywhere, but please credit me
★ Please ask if you have any questions!
Payment
★ I take Paypal, Cashapp, and Ko-Fi
★ Payment 100% upfront
★ Do not send payment until I have confirmed and accepted your commission
★ When paying with paypal, please select "Goods & Services" and "No Address Needed"
Refunds
★ 100% refunds available if I have not begun working on your commission
★ 50% refunds available if I have not begun coloring
★ No refunds available after I have begun coloring
★ If I cancel your commission due to bad/inappropriate behavior you will not be issued a refund
Copyright
★ I have the right to post your commission anywhere I wish unless you specifically ask for the commission to be private
★ You may NOT alter, edit, or change my work without permission, and removing my signature is prohibited
★ You may NOT claim the artwork as your own
★ You may NOT use the artwork for commercial use without discussing with me first
★ You may post the commission anywhere you wish with credit
★ My works are NEVER allowed to be used for NFTs or AI
Adopt T.O.S.
★ Credit me the first time you use a design, I like to see what you make :D
★ Please don't sell a design for more than you paid unless it has extra art
★ Refunds are not available for adopts
★ DO NOT claim credit for my art/designs, or copy/trace them
★ DO NOT trade/sell my designs to anyone on my blacklist
★ Please don't delete the adopts off of Toyhouse, and keep them visible. If you need to hide the character, make sure I can still see it.
★ DO NOT make NSFW of feral designs (this includes ponies)
★ Take good care of your new character <3
